Oh, Sam and family, I'm so sorry to hear this. It's never a good time but he's so young. Thomas sounds like quite a character, love the DNR joke and you must have taken lessons from him. My dad would have loved him, they could have played tractors together.

Today we all lost sibling,a great friend,a loving husband and a great father. But as long as we have all the great memories he will always be in our hearts forever. This is a great time of sorrow and yet happiness that he will be free from suffering. Tom you will truly be missed my buddy and great friend. I love you all and hope that this time of grief can be celebrated with the good the bad and all the love and support of family and friends.
