   Raphael 'Willie' Wiltgen, age 67, of St. Joseph, died Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis. 
  Celebration of Life will be from 2 to 6 PM Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Mr. Jim's in Foley.  There will be a dinner at 4 PM,Saturday, and time of sharing after.  Burial with Military Honors will be in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls.  Service with Dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.
  Raphael Joseph Wiltgen was born December 17, 1948 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Raphael and Catherine (Templin) Wiltgen.  He married Gean Ayer on January 2, 2003 at Mr. Jim's in Foley.  He graduated from Foley High School and attended St. Cloud State University and Palmer Chiropractic School in Palmer, California.  He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a Purple Heart recipient.  Willie owned and operated Affordable Chiropractic in St. Cloud for many years.  His charisma and sense of humor were one of a kind, and he loved family gatherings and going to California to visit his daughter.  Willie also loved fishing, tinkering in his garage, and spending time with his grandchildren.  Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers. 
  He is survived by his wife, Gean, St. Joseph, son and daughters; Jessica Wiltgen, Los Angeles, CA; Nick (Amanda) Webb, Sartell; Melinda (Mark) Visel, Lafayette, CO and 2 grandchildren, Dominic and Samantha, brothers and sisters; Jackie (Darrell) Guggenberger, Foley; Kitty (David) Herbst, Foley; Gerianne Johnson,  Hillman; Mary Waddell, Sun City, AZ; Delores Wiltgen, Oak Creek, AZ; Steve (Lori) Wiltgen, Seneca, SC; Karen (Joe) Alvord, Richmond and Dave (Carol) Wiltgen, Foley, brothers and sisters-in-law; Norman Ness, Gary (Judy) Ayer, Dennis (Lek) Ayer, Deanna (Rick) Petersen,  Chuck Ayer and Jody Ayer.  He was preceded in death by his parents, mother and father-in-law, sisters; Marge Wiltgen and Judy Reinke, and brother, Rick Wiltgen.
