Douglas 'Dutch' Stewart

Douglas 'Dutch' Stewart, age 57 of Foley, passed away December 7, 2019 at the St. Cloud Hospital surrounded by his family.  A visitation will take place from 4 to 8 PM on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Foley Funeral Home.  

Douglas "Dutch' Raymond Stewart was born January 20, 1962 to George and Marlys (Lezer) Stewart.  He lived all of his life in the Foley area.  He was a member of the Local 563 Laborers Union and worked for many years at the Monticello Nuclear Plant.  In his spare time, Dutch farmed, cut wood and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson.  He was very independent, was an avid fisherman and especially enjoyed deer hunting.  His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived buy his son and daughter; Derek (Beth), Foley; Sarah (Bo), Royalton; mother, Marlys, Foley and brothers and sister: Dawn Gibbish, Prior Lake; Daniel, Foley; Dale, Foley; Dean, Foley and grandchildren: Braden, Ellie, Beau and Alayna.  He was preceded in death by his father, George and brother, Donald and his grand parents.
