Virginia 'Ginger' Kelsay, age 70, of St. Cloud, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at  her home. Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Atonement Lutheran Church, St. Cloud.  Visitation will be from 9 to 10 AM Saturday at the church.  Service with Dignity provided by Foley Funeral Home.
Virginia Ann (Manthey) Kelsay was born March 11, 1947 in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota to Elmer and Lorraine (Gou) Manthey.  Virginia grew up in Sauk Rapids and worked for Dombrovski meats in Foley until her retirement.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, collecting thimbles, going to church and walking.  She also enjoyed the beauty of nature and flower gardens, along with  hummingbirds, angels and owls.  Virginia would often read a good novel.
She is survived by her   sons and daughter; John, Pine City; Jason (Patti), Oak Park; Jil (Kelsay) Tveit; 6 grandchildren: Kathleen (Jack) Caulfield, England, Miranda Kelsay, Pine City; Brandon (Kayla) Kelsay, Estes Brook; Kayla Kelsay, Ramey; Tiffany (Brandon) Hare, Anoka; Travis Tveit, Anoka; 2  great grandchildren, Brantly Kelsay and Gracelyn Hare; siblings: Jean Bedford, Gloria Midas, Tom Manthey, Richard Manthey, Lois Klecker, Rosie Jubert, Betty Olson, Debbie Manthey and Mary Robertson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Elmer 'Jr' and sister, Peggy.
