Rachel Ellen Sandy, age 39 of St. Cloud, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Foster Care Providers Inc. Rachel has donated her body to the University of Minnesota Anatomical Sudy Department. A celebration of life service will be held, 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church in Foley, Minnesota. Arrangements by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, Minnesota.
