Paul D. Payonk, age 49, of Foley, died Sunday June 26, 2011 at his home.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2011 at the Foley Funeral Home Chapel, Foley, MN. The Rev. Allen Jergenson will officiate. Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Milaca, MN.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and 1 hour before services at the funeral home. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Paul Payonk was born December 25, 1961 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Leonard and Dorothy (Smunk) Payonk. He married Kelley Orton in Milaca in 1983 and later divorced. He owned Payonk Ceramic Tile with his brother Jeff since 1991. He enjoyed time at the cabin and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He took pride in his trucks and cars. He was a past member of the Sons of American Legion in Foley.

He is survived by his daughters and son, Sara (Keith) Fussy, Princeton, MN; Meghan Payonk, Foley, MN; Derek (Sara), Foreston, MN; grandchildren, Ashton, Jayden and Harley; brothers and sisters, Terry (Wanda), Sauk Rapids, MN; Diane Moen, Foley, MN; Linda Schlicting, Sartell, MN; Mark, Foley, MN; and Jeff (Carla), Foley, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers-in-law, Rich Moen and George Schlicting.
