Norlin 'Nick' Yatckoske, age 71 of Phoenix, AZ died March 20, 2012 in Loma Linda, CA.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the Lone Pine Cemetery in Morrill, MN. The Rev. Allen Jergenson will officiate. Burial will be in the Lone Pine Cemetery.

Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Norlin 'Nick' Yatckoske was born March 11, 1941 in Pierz, MN to Lester and Irene Yatckoske. He married Lynnelle Samarza and was her beloved husband and best friend for 49 years. Norlin worked a number of years for Toro Manufacturing, Gulf Oil, and Data Display in Minneapolis prior to moving to Phoenix in 1972. He retired from Mororola Government Electronics Division in 1998. Nick was involved in restoring vehicles and buildings and racing stock cars. But his ultimate hoppy was flying. Nick held a private pilot license and istrument rating and enjoyed every oppotunity to fly his Bonanza. Nick will be greatly missed by his wife, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends he leaves behind. He is preceded in death by his baby daughter, parents, Lester and Irene and brothers, Lester 'Bud' and Wesley.

He is survived by his wife, Lynnelle.
