Mary Ann Quade, Age 86, of Osseo, Minnesota died on Thursday, November 28 (Thanksgiving Day) after a long battle with many health issues. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother will be deeply missed by many friends and especially her family. She was a treasure and had so many stories that she shared, even on her last day at Thanksgiving dinner. Memorial mass celebrating her life will be 10:30 AM, Friday, December 6, 2019 at St. John's Catholic Church in Foley.  Rev. Michael Wolfbauer will officiate.  Visitation will be from 9 AM - 10:30 AM Friday at the church.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mary Ann was born at home in Gilman, Minnesota on February 1, 1933. Mary Ann attended a one-room schoolhouse in Gilman and graduated from Foley High School. After graduation, she worked at Munsingwear before becoming a homemaker and caring for her children and others throughout their lives. In her spare time, she enjoyed baking and cake decorating, specializing in wedding cakes for several years. She loved spending time with family and friends; cooking and enjoyed maintaining a large vegetable and flower garden. Mary Ann loved traveling and had a great passion to work on family genealogy which she traced back many generations. She and Robert Quade shared 58 years of marriage before he passed in 2014. They owned and operated Northern Tractor and Equipment Company for over forty years.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Rose (Smelter) Stachowski; her loving husband Robert; sisters, Sally, Lorraine, Jean, brother, Delroy; and grandson, Robert Quade.

She is survived by her loving children Douglas (Mary Kay) Osseo; Gregory (Michelle) New Brighton; and Diane Lowe (Dan) Greenfield. Grandchildren Nicholas, Adam (Katie), Mackensie, and Dayne Lowe. Along with many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
