Mary Ellen Culbertson, age 76, of Foley, died Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Foley Nursing Center.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Foley Funeral Home, Foley.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, rural Foley.
Mary Ellen Culbertson was born January 15, 1939 in Princeton, Minnesota the daughter of Alfred and Ethel Marie (Morris) Godbout. She married Paul Culbertson Sr. on March 24, 1956 at the Assembly of God Church in St. Cloud.  The couple was blessed with three sons.  Mary Ellen enjoyed helping on the dairy farm, canning vegetables and fishing.  She will be fondly remembered for her homemade pumpkin and apple pies.
Mary Ellen is survived by her sons:   Paul Jr. (Debra) of Oak Park, Willard of Bricelyn, MN and Gary (Michelle) of St. Cloud; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, David (Ginny) Godbout of Eleva, WI; and sister, Joy Halverson of Barron, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; grandson, Joshua Culbertson and sister, Mayfred Jacobsen.
