Marie Cielinski, age 84, of the Pierz, MN, died Friday, August 24, 2012.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Morrill, MN. The Rev. Daniel Walz will officiate. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 Monday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Marie Cielinski was born March 11, 1928 in Morrill Township, Morrison Co., MN to Val and Rose (Bauer) Kampa. She married Tom Cielinski on November 26, 1946 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, Brennyville, MN. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidering and was an exceptional seamstress and loved reading. She worked at Stearn's Manufacturing for many years. Marie also worked as a cook for various bars and restaurants and was an avid garage saler. She was a member of the St. Joseph's Christian Mother's, St. Jude's Mission Sewing Group and St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

She is survived by her sons and daughters; Dan, Brooklyn Park;, MN Kay (Jim) Benusa, Royalton, MN; Bonnie (John) Brown, Hillman, MN; Dewy (Sally), Hillman, MN; Joe (Pam), St. Francis, MN; John (Judy), Pierz, MN; Chuck (Kristi), Gilman, MN; 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, brothers, Ed (Kathy) Kampa; Jim (Shirley) Kampa; and sisters, Irene Moeller and Gloria (Ronnie) Graczyk.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Tom and brother, Irvin 'Buck' Kampa and brother-in-law, Maynard Moeller.
