Marcella 'Sally' Jurek, age 74, of Foreston, died peacefully Monday, November 24,  at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, Brennyville. The Rev. Leo Moenkedick will officiate.  Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 Tuesday (TODAY) at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.  Parish Prayers will be at 4:30 Tuesday at the funeral home.  Service with Dignity provided Foley Funeral Home.
Marcella 'Sally' Jurek was born September 8, 1940 in Lakin Township, Morrison County to Clem and Marie (Fiedler) Vouk.  She graduated from Milaca High School and married Jacob Jurek on July 7, 1958 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church.  Sally resided most her life in Foreston.  Sally was a member of the Christian Mothers group at St. Elizabeth Church.  She worked most her life at Milaca Mills and Stearns/Coleman in Sauk Rapids until her retirement.  She will be fondly remembered for her caring spirit, cooking and love for family gatherings.  She entertained others by playing guitar, accordion and piano.  Sally also passed the time by thrift shopping and making casino runs with her daughters.  Sally resided for most her life in Foreston, MN.
She is survived by her husband Jacob, Foreston, children and spouses;  Karla (Mike) Graczyk, Howard Lake; Diane (Tom) Zabinski, St. Cloud; John, Oak Park; Bonnie Ogg, Foley, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Demain Koscielniak, Delphine Koscielniak and Delores Stolarczyk.  She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, Duane Jurek and siblings, Gene Vouk and Darlene Miller  and son-in-law, Pat Ogg.
