Lenore Holroyd, age 84, of rural Foley, MN, died Monday November 5, 2012 at the St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2012 at the First Presbyterian Church, Foley, MN. The Rev. Allen Jergenson and Rev. Bill Everett will officiate. Burial will be in the Mound Cemetery, Foley, MN at a later date.

Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Lenore Holroyd was born July 13, 1928 in S. St. Paul, Minnesota to George and Laura (Kahl) Kromschroeder. She married Clayton Holroyd October 2, 1944 in Oglivie, MN. She grew up in Inver Grove Heights and lived and farmed most of her life in rural Foley. She enjoyed gardening, canning and raising flowers.

She is survived by her daughter and son, Marge (Ed) Marow, Richfield, MN; Bill (Catherine), Foley, MN; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson; and a sister, Jeanette Rheinert, Waitsburg, WA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton, brothers and sister, Stanley, Don, George and Gloria Lowe.
