Kevin Hoffman, age 64 of Sartell and formerly Foley, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Quiet Oaks Hospice House in St. Cloud.  A Celebration of Kevin's Life will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from Noon until 3 PM at Mr. Jim's in Foley.
Kevin Paul Hoffman was born April 7, 1951 in Kimball the son of  Rynold and O'Linda (Muehring) Hoffman. He graduated from Foley High School and went to work for Winkelman Building until his retirement.  On July 3, 1992, he was united in marriage with Katherine Wesenberg at their home in Foley.  His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and he dreamed of watching them grow up.  He was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed all things hunting, fishing, camping and farming.  He learned to live life to the fullest and leaves behind special memories of a trip to Texas with his wife and friends.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Kathy of Sartell; daughters:  Payslie (Jason) Gibbons of Plymouth, Danielle (Doug) Hoffman of Foley, Desaray (Nate) Skajewski of St. Joseph, Jenifer Jensen of Albany and Alison Sufka of St. Cloud;  5 grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Johnson of Roseville; brothers:  Royce Hoffman of Rosemount and Randy (Ginger) Hoffman of Richmond; as well as many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Brian.
