Karen J. Felt, age 73, of Glendorado, died Saturday, October 15, 2016 surrounded by her family at home.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:00 PM Friday, October 21, 2016 at St. John's Catholic Church, Foley. The Rev. Michael Wolfbauer will officiate. Burial will be in St. Francis Riverside Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 PM on Friday at the church.

Karen Jean Felt was born November 26, 1943 in Rochester, Minnesota the daughter of  Hubert and Doris (Williams) Higgins. On November 13, 1960, she was united in marriage with Ronald Felt in Rochester, Minnesota.  Karen was a dairy farmer, homemaker, book keeper for Ron's mechanic business and mother of many.  She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting, reading, puzzles, horseback riding and her dogs.
Karen is survived by her husband, Ronald of Glendorado; children:  Robert (Rosa) Felt of McGregor, MN, Ronald Jr. (Karlee) Felt of Stanley, WI, Teresa Nelson of Princeton, Belinda (Jerry) Jones of Princeton, Melissa Felt of Princeton, Jessica (Kevin) Reishus of Princeton; 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Arnold Higgins of Rochester and sister, Cheryl Olson of Pillager, as well as many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
