June Cross, age 80, of Foley, died Friday March 30, 2012 at the Foley Nursing Center.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church, Foley. The Rev. Alan Jergenson will officiate. Burial will be in the Lone Pine Cemetery, Morrill.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and 1 hour before services at church. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home.

June Cross was born June 7, 1931 in Morrill Twp., Morrison Co., MN to Rauland and Minnie (Presler) Miller. She married Malcolm Cross on November 15, 1949 at the First Presbyterian Church in Foley. She was a life long resident of Foley area and worked at Monroe's Market and Henry's Dry Goods and had also done home day care for many years. June worked in the ECFE program for the Foley Public Schools, was an active PTA member and involved in Boy Scouts for several years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the United Presbyterian Women.

She is survived by her sons and daughters, Susan (Curtis) Saunders, Glenville, PA; Sally (Tim) Lloyd, Foley; Bob (Deb), Foley; Tom (Karen), Foley; 17 grandchildren, Eric (Rebecca) Thiegs, Ryan (Sara) Thiegs, Davis (Amanda), Evan, Britt and Bonney Saunders, Tobias Lloyd, Kimberly (Aaron) Lloyd Weekes, Samantha (Colin) Lloyd Hanson, Scott Lloyd (fiancee Ahna Gilbertson), Christina (Adam) Cross Hannan, Caitlyn Cross, Ted, Alician, Jackie, Cassandra and Nathaniel Cross; 13 great grandchildren; sister and brothers, Bernice (George) Bazey, Rogers, AR; Vernon Miller, New Smyrna Beach, FL; and William (Lottie) Miller, Pierz.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm, July 6, 2005, infant daughter, Ruth Ann and grandson, Charles Cross.
