Jerry Thiem, age 67 of St. Cloud, passed away March 2, 2023 at his home from natural causes.  Burial with Military Honors will take place at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls at a later date. Service with dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.

Jerry William Thiem was born December 29, 1955 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota to Herman and Sadie (Saxon) Thiem. He entered the United States Marines and served his country honorably in the Philippines, Japan and many other Asian countries, earning the Good Conduct Medal and an Rifle Expert badge. Jerry loved all animals and enjoyed hunting, fishing and biking.

He is survived by his brother and sisters: John (Mary), Oak Park; Jeanette (Gary) Spiczka, Sauk Rapids and Marilyn (Russell) Bartell of Becker.
