GLADYS SKUBIC – 84

DURHAM, NC: Mrs. Gladys Skubic, 84, passed away Thursday September 16, 2010 at Hillcrest Convalescent Center. Mrs. Skubic was born in Sauk Rapids, MN, daughter of the late Paul Esser and Rose Casemore Esser. She was preceded in death by baby son Anthony Allen Skubic and Anthony Bruce Skubic.

Mrs. Skubic is survived by her loving children:  Bill Skubic, Angel Skubic, Dana Skubic and wife, Mary, Debra Schultz and husband, Ed, Leslie Jefferson and husband, Tony, and Mike Skubic and wife, Stacy; her grandchildren, Dawn, Paul, Alex, Jeremy, Linda, Amanda, Jake, Emma, Zachary, and Nathan; and her great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11am at First Presbyterian Church in Foley, 306 Norway Drive, Foley, Minnesota. The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 9am.

Gladys had a wide variety of interests.  She will not only be remembered as wonderful mother and grandmother but also as a pilot, artist, dancer, gardener, and musician with a deep love of family.
