Gillian Grace Graczyk, Hillman, died Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at The University of Minnesota Amplatz Children Hospital, Minneapolis.
Funeral services will be 12 Noon Saturday, October 5, 2013 at The Foley Funeral Home Chapel, Foley. The Rev. Nick Benson will officiate.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home on Saturday.  Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home.
Gillian Graczyk was born August 29, 2013 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Eric and Leah (Lambert) Graczyk.  Gillian Grace Graczyk was welcomed with love by her parents Eric and Leah on Thursday August 29, 2013 at 9:42pm.
We believe Gillian came into our lives with a plan, a plan to bring joy and touch as many lives as she could. She must have known she wouldn't have much time, so she decided to make an appearance 3 weeks early.
Gillian had a way about her.  She knew how to get your attention even though she never talked or cried.  When Gillian realized her time on Earth was coming to an end she called us all to be at her side. She was brave for us all until the very end. She looked into our eyes letting us know everything would be ok. She waited until we were ready before she said goodbye. Snuggled in the arms of her Mommy and Daddy she became an angel at 8:49am on Wednesday October 2, 2013.
Her life may have been shorter than we would have like but she was loved by many and will forever be in our Hearts.
She is survived by her mother and father, Eric Graczyk and Leah Lambert, Hillman; grandparents, Alan & Tammy Graczyk, Hillman; Dan & Marie Lambert, Minneapolis and grandmother, Kimberly Cook and Todd Rierson, St. Cloud and many aunts and uncles.
