Gaylen Tangen, age 75 of Sauk Rapids and formerly of Oak Park passed away October 23, 2023 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Sauk Rapids.  Private burial took place at Ronneby Riverside Cemetery.  Service with Dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.

Gaylen Tangen was born March 7, 1948 in Oak Park, Minnesota to Gaylord and Lillian (Swanson) Tangen.  He lived most of his life near Oak Park before moving to Foley.  He worked for many years as a custodian at the Foley High School.

He is survived by his brothers: Richard, Melborne, Fl and Michael, Mountain Home, ID.  He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, June Ranweiler.
