Edwin Joseph Jr., age 53, of Sauk Rapids, MN, died Wednesday January 19, 2011 at his home.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 24, 2011 at the Foley Funeral Home Chapel, Foley, Foley, MN. The Rev. Al Jergenson will officiate. Burial will be in the Riverside Lutheran Cemetery, Ronneby, MN.

Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the Foley Funeral Home. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Edwin Joseph was born April 4, 1957 in Bemidji, Minnesota to Eugene and Betty (Hiblen) Joseph. He married Barb Saunders November 8, 1985 in Bemidji The couple moved to Minneapolis, MN in 1987 and then to Elk River, MN and later to Sauk Rapids, MN. He was self-employed. Edwin liked to work on cars and bicycles. He enjoyed auctions and was an active flee market vender. He liked scary movies and listening to his records on the jukebox. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Barb, Sauk Rapids, MN, sons and daughters, Edwin, Fred, Jody and Lizzie all at home.

He was preceded in death by 4 sisters and brothers.
