Dorothy I. Kosloski, age 87, of Sauk Rapids, died Wednesday March 5, 2014 at Talahi Nursing Home, St. Cloud.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am, Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Sacred Heart Parish, Sauk Rapids. The Rev. Jerry Dalseth will officiate. Burial will be in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Monday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and 1 hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.  Arrangements were made  by the Foley Funeral Home.
Dorothy Kosloski was born September 8, 1926 in Cold Spring, Minnesota to Jacob and Marian (Molitor) Theis. On September 23, 1947, she was united in marriage with Richard Kosloski at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring. Dorothy was born and raised in Cold Spring and lived most of her life in Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud.  She was an active person and enjoyed volunteering at Talahi Nursing Home and the St. Cloud VA Medical Center for Veteran's Bingo.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Sauk Rapids.
She is survived by her children: Mike of Rice, Jeff of Sauk Rapids, Pat of St. Cloud, Vernon (Kim) of Rice, Roxanne (Richard Hall) of Foley, son-in-law, Ralph Katka Sr, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, as well as other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; daughter, Pam Katka; daughter-in-law, Bev Kosloski; an infant son and infant daughter Bonnie; brother, Herbert; sisters, Loretta Brutger, Adeline Mathies, Christine Jungles, Barbara Ficker and Agatha Birk.
