Mass of Christian Burial for Donald Carson age 58 of Vesta and formerly of Hillman who passed away November 8, 2017 will be 12 Noon, Monday, November 13, 2017 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Morrill.  Visitation will be from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM Monday, November 13, 2017 at the church in Morrill.  Burial will be in the Lone Pine Cemetery, Morrill.  Service with Dignity provided by Foley Funeral Home.
Donald Richard Carson was born May 12, 1959 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Rodney and Millie (Fleck) Carson.  He graduated from Milaca High School in 1977 and went on to attend Technical School training for diesel mechanics. Donald worked as a diesel mechanic in the area for several years.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his mother, Millie Carson, Waite Park and sons; Jesse and Cody both of Vesta, MN, granddaughter, Jocelyn and brothers and sisters; Dan (Frani), St. Cloud; Donette (Ron) Beack, Hillman; Jimmy, Hillman; Sharyn (Chris) Szczech, Clearwater and Murial (Kent) Roessler of Anoka.  He was preceded in death by his father, Rodney, 2013.
