Delphine Zawacki, age 92, of Foley, MN, died Tuesday January 8, 2013 at the Foley Nursing Center, Foley, MN.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013 at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Gilman, MN. The Rev. Leo Moenkedick will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and 1 hour before services at church. Parish prayers will be 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Delphine Zawacki was born November 12, 1920 in Alberta Twp., Benton Co., MN to John and Polly (Rosemark) Rudnitski. She married Henry Zawacki June 27, 1955 at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Gilman. She was a life long resident of rural Foley where she had farmed with her husband. She enjoyed working in her flower garden. Delphine was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church where she was a member of the Rosary Society.

She is survived by her sons, Marvin, Foley, MN; and Brian, Foley, MN; 3 grandchildren, Ben (Amanda) Zawacki, Kati (Jed) Sachs, and Andrew (Jennifer) Zawacki; and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry, July 18, 1985, brothers, Benjamin, Joe and Herman, sisters, Elizabeth, Clara, Gene and Bridget.
