Cindy M. Posterick, age 51, of Morrill, died Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Friday, March 7, 2014 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Morrill. The Rev.Leo Moenkedick will officiate. Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm Thursday at St. Joseph's Parish Hall and also one hour prior to services Friday. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home.

Cynthia "Cindy" Posterick was born November 18, 1962 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Herbert and Arlene (Stachowski) Foss. On April 25, 1981, Cindy was united in marriage to Gary Posterick at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Morrill. The couple made their home in Morrill and were blessed with three sons. Cindy worked a variety of jobs throughout the years, including construction alongside her husband, but her absolute joy was caring for her grandchildren. She was an excellent cook and was always ready with a meal for her neighbors and friends. Strawberry pie and blueberry waffles were favorites she prepared for her grandchildren.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Gary; sons: Chad (Sarah), Karl (Krissy), and Mark (Laura); grandchildren: Lacy, Lilian and Kyler; mother, Arlene (Jim Zimmer) Stachowski; father, Herbert Foss; mother-in-law, Joyce (John) Casey; father-in-law, Bill Posterick; siblings: Alan "Kinky" Foss, Randy "Sod" (Kim) Foss, Kenny Foss, Mary (Donnie) Sobonia, Jeff (Marla) Foss, Brian Foss and Sherry Foss; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and nephew, Jamie Foss.
