Ann Juetten, age 81, of Hillman, MN, died Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the Pierz Villa Nursing Home, Pierz, MN.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 18, 2010 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, Brennyville, MN. The Rev. Dan Walz will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 Friday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley, MN and 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Parish prayers will be at 4 pm followed by Christian Mother's Rosary at 6 pm Friday at the funeral home. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Ann Juetten was born December 14, 1929 in Alberta Township, Benton Co., MN to Edward and Plautilla (Tkaczik) Skajewski. She married John Juetten on October 18, 1948 at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Gilman, MN. Ann worked as a nanny and also for Munsing Wear before her marriage. The couple then lived in Crystal, MN for several years before returning to the Hillman, MN area. In 1953 the couple bought a farm near Gotvald"s Corner where they farmed until their retirement. Ann was a charter member of the Hillman American Legion Ladies Auxilliary and St. Elizabeth's Christian Mother's. She enjoyed quilting, cooking & canning and fishing. She also made handmade Rosaries for many people. She was a member of St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, Brennyville, MN.

She is survived by her husband, John, Hillman, MN, sons and daughters; Robert (Kathy), Gilman, MN; Joan (Fred) Mazacek, Foley, MN; Gerald (Jan), Duelm, MN; Barb (Richard) Jedlicki, Milaca, MN; Julie (Alan) Schmidtbauer, Hillman, MN; Judy (Ted) Boettcher, Foley, MN, brother and sisters, Ben, Theresa Novak, Bernadette Novak, Jack, Willy and Betty Landowski, 25 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Tom and brothers, Al, Jerry and Norbert.
