Aloise 'Al" Huliczka, age 94, of Foley, died Thursday, December 26, 2013 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Gilman.  The Rev. Leo Moenkedick will officiate. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Foley American Legion and the Gilman VFW.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church in Gilman.  Arrangements were made  by the Foley Funeral Home.
Aloise 'Al' Huliczka was born September 2, 1919 in Graham Township, Benton Co., MN to Theodore and Veronica (Tadych) Huliczka.  He was a US Army Infantry Veteran of WWII.  He married Mary Gapinski on August 8, 1959 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Minneapolis. Al had lived and farmed his entire life in Graham Township until moving to Foley in 2008.  After his retirement the couple enjoyed traveling and going to the casino.  Al called Bingo games for the Gilman VFW, senior citizen groups and the Foley Nursing Center.  He was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, Foley and a sister;  Valerie Meinz and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Barbara Pietrzak and Marie Hulizka.
