Patrick John Ogg, age 52, of Foley, MN, died Thursday, August 30, 2012.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at St. John's Catholic Church, Foley. The Rev. Daniel Walz will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Foley Funeral Home in Foley and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Parish prayers will be 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Arrangements were made by the Foley Funeral Home, Foley, MN.

Pat Ogg was born July 24, 1960 in Shakopee, Minnesota to Dennis and Joan (Weling) Ogg. He married Bonnie Jurek on September 5, 1981 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Brennyville, MN. He graduated from Foley High School in 1978. He worked at Midland Nursery for about 10 years, before his recent job of 24 years at Woodcraft. When Pat wasn't working, he loved the outdoors, whether it was camping with his family, fishing, hunting deer and grouse, or riding his motorcycle. Pat and Bonnie would often take weekend trips to northern Minnesota, enjoying the outdoors. Pat was a motivated and caring husband and father. He spent endless hours maintaining and building up their property to his liking. Pat was always keeping himself busy by mowing the yard, maintaining trails in the woods, tree stands, immaculate garden, food plots, landscaping and birdwatching. He took great care of all of his belongings. Pat looked forward to hunting season, fishing season and outdoor adventures. He loved spending any time outside, especially with his wife and family. Pat made several trips on his motorcycle to Jackson WY to visit his daughters.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, Foley, MN; daughters, Heidi Ogg, Jackson, WY; Jessica Ogg, Jackson, WY; mother, Joan, St. Cloud, MN; brothers, Jamie (Julie), Foley, MN; Bruce (Lori), Foley, MN; Carroll, Rice, MN; Mike, Sauk Rapids, MN; sister, Cindy (Gary) Zimmer, TX and many nieces and nephews and sisters and brother-in-law, Karla (Mike) Graczyk, Howard Lake, MN; John Jurek, Oak Park, MN; and Diane (Tom) Zabinski, St. Cloud, MN.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis.
